The production line is composed of glass transporter, automatic glass scavenging dehydrator, glass inspection transporter, automatic aluminum frame locating machine, glass flat pressing, glass reversible transporter, binding machine, butyl extruder machine, bicomponent rubber-beating machine, molecule sieve bottler, and rotaiy rubber-spreading machine. Controlled with PLC programs, it has realized full automation in the whole process of glass scavenging, covering and binding. The rolling machine is also controlled with computer programs to specify different pressing time for different parts and to ensure all the frames of hollow glass are under even pressure in the whole producing process
