4-roller plate bending machine, the main structure consists of upper roll, bottom roll, side roll, main drive device, tipping device, right and left supporting structure, and seat.
The upper and the bottom rolls, which work as the main drive at the same time, provide drive by hydraulic motor. They may transfer normal-reversely to provide torque needs.
The bottom roll lifts vertically, clamps bending plate by hydraulic cylinder. It can realize asymmetric bending.
There are side roll on both sides of upper and bottom rolls. The side roll makes arc lift along with axes of bottom roll. When side roll moves upward, the bending plate will be bent and formed, and it moves upward and downward by hydraulic cylinder.
The supporting structure is made of welded steel plate construction (material 345mpa), and treated with annealing after welded to eliminate internal stress.
Characteristics:
(1) The pre-bending length of straight side for bending plate is less than other types of bending machines.
(2) The bending process is much safer and more reliable than other types of bending machines.
(3) For the clamping force to plate between upper roll and bottom roll, the corresponding force can be adjusted by regulating valve in hydraulic station, according to different thickness and width of plates.
